At Metiz, each dish has been specially and creatively designed, under the premise of homemade,
on the spot and ready to be enjoyed in a casual atmosphere typical of a French bistro.

Founded by a true Parisian, Chef Benjamin Baretzki, heir to traditional French family recipes, in 2011 he decided to create a menu that would be a blend of flavor, culture and top quality ingredients.
In July 2019, he joined forces with Julien Crouzet, a sommelier from the famous wine region of Bourgogne, who will advise them on the best pairing and serve them in the dining room.
